The hotel lies around 400 metres from Veterans Park and a short way from the snug Rotary Pine Knot Park. Sports fans can also visit Gold Mine Golf Course, 4.1 km from the Vintage Lakeside Inn Big Bear Lake, and take their families to the large Big Bear Alpine Zoo, which is nearly 10 minutes' drive away.

The property allows you to enjoy such natural sights as Big Bear Lake 0.8 km away. There is the Stanfield Marsh Wildlife and Waterfowl Preserve about a 15-minute ride away, while Big Bear Blvd & Main St bus station is not far from the hotel.
