Located 4.3 km from the Old Town Harbour, the hotel is also 2.1 km from the Gran Karting Club Lanzarote. At the Floresta you'll be nearly a 5-minute walk from Playa de los Pocillos.

Guests might as well enjoy proximity to Parque de Las Naciones, situated 0.8 km away. This accommodation lies around 10 minutes by car from the Playa Chica Beach.
